DM Fabrication Ltd. has fabricated a very diverse range of products for a wide range of industries. Some of these projects include the following;

Lidding Machines; one high production model we call the “Liddall 2000” is capable of lidding buckets and containers from 1½ to 22” high at a speed of 1 a second. This machine has a lower conveyor frame as well as an upper conveyor frame that presses on the lid in a stable manner while burping the bucket of air.
The other model has a lower conveyor and an upper roller assembly; it is a little less productive at one container every 3 seconds.

Cable Reels:  Built for reels up to 8000 lbs 6ft. wide x 6ft in dia. Specifically for Line Contractors.

Caterpillar Winch: This Product is capable of pulling cable from 2” to 6” in dia.  The winch comes with forward and reverse, and has a speed control as well as load cells to measure the pressure on the cable. The winch is sold through Allteck Line Contractors as they have proprietary rights.  

Filling Station: For filling containers with salmon roe, sold through Ropak Canada - www.ropakcorp.com

Rubbing Station : Used to separate the skein from around the salmon roe. Sold through Ropak Canada - www.ropakcorp.com

Spray Boxes :  Transverse as well as Linear. Used for spraying wood preservative on milled boards in saw mills. Sold through Diacon Industries

Day Tanks: For holding the wood preservatives sold through Diacon

DHL Couriers: Built the conveyors and installed them at DHL in Burnaby, BC
